Experienced, evidence-based psychologists in Narre Warren

About The Middle Path Psychology Group

The Middle Path Psychology Group is a private practice psychology clinic in Berwick, VIC.

We provide highly personalised, evidence-based psychological therapies locally in the City of Casey and surrounding councils of South East Melbourne, Gippsland, and beyond via Telehealth.

We share a passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives. That’s how The Middle Path was born.

Our philosophy

Sometimes in life, you may find yourself stuck between two extremes. You might be struggling with depression or anxiety, trauma, experiencing relationship conflict, or battling addiction. No matter the issue, it can feel impossible to move forward, like there’s no way out.

At the same time, there is hope.

With skills and effective support, you can learn to pave a pathway forward. To think, feel, and behave from a balanced perspective.

The concept of The Middle Path is about finding this balance; about developing skills and techniques that help you take a step back from a problem and assess its elements.

We provide a safe, comfortable space to help you foster the growth of Middle Path thinking.

We focus on building an effective therapeutic relationship full of trust and understanding, and free of judgement. Using evidenced-based therapies backed by scientific evidence, we aim to empower you to take a more centred approach to your emotional and psychological well-being, especially when times get tough.
